I would like to take a little bit of your time and introduce you to a one of a kind Artist. Raised in the hard core streets of Washington DC and Bedstuy Brooklyn it’s hard to believe that there is so much love within such a hard core exterior.

He has performed with everyone from the late great BIG to Brian McKnight and has held his own like a true vet should.

Some of his other appearances have been with Jay-Z, Case and Foxy at the Mirage, Mr. Cheeks at Carolyns, Dave Shapelle at the Supa Club, The Late Great Tupac Shakur and The Late Great Big at the Palladium, Mary J. Blidge at The Lions Den, David Banner and Field Mob at Mississippi Valley State and that’s just to name a few.

Damon Ellis, or as known on the streets as Rakim, has been grinding in the music industry on his own. Using his street savvy he has developed business relationships and the respect of the streets as a talented and gifted artist as well as a business man. Not only is he a well oiled machine but he is also a producer, Co producing with hot producers Monty, Reif Rawyal, Preston Fulword and Oniel Clark, actor starring in the street saga "East New York" currently in stores, and has the tittle song on the sound track for the hot film " The Company We Share" written and produced by Keith Jackson. He is a rapper and song writer, author and has appeared on several artists projects such as Mr. Cheeks, 3rd World units Mena aka 2G's, Cocoa Brovaz, Boot Camp Click, The Finest Chick in Harlem Evangeline, The Hottest Young Cat in Harlem Cash Flow and a deadly MC known on the streets as Young Vet. After a short joint venture with Duck Down Priority Records, Damon is now hitting the streets hard with another level of R&B that will soothe the deepest wounds and captivate the minds, bodies and souls of millions.
